Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and MetaParse LLC, doing business as DentistryProfile ("MetaParse," "DentistryProfile," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of DentistryProfile.com, related websites, applications, content, features, communications, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, viewing a profile, submitting information, sending a message, requesting a connection, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, practice, employer, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity where applicable.

The Platform
DentistryProfile is a professional networking and profile platform for the dental industry. The Platform may allow users to create public profiles, list professional experience, education, licenses, certifications, skills, social links, and other professional information, and use messaging, connection, dashboard, profile-view, and administrative features.
DentistryProfile is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, background screening company, credential verification company, dental board, educational institution, legal advisor, financial advisor, clinical system, patient portal, or HIPAA-compliant communications platform. We do not guarantee jobs, interviews, hiring outcomes, credential verification, employment suitability, business opportunities, patient referrals, or any other professional outcome.

Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Use the Platform only for lawful, professional purposes
Not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law
Not have been previously suspended or terminated unless we have expressly authorized you to return
The Platform is intended for dental professionals, dental students, dental auxiliaries, dental industry professionals, employers, recruiters, educators, vendors, and related professional users. We may deny, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user is ineligible or misuses the Platform.

Accounts and Security
Registration and Accuracy
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You may not create an account using false information, another person's identity, misleading credentials, or contact information you do not control.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@dentistryprofile.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One Account Per Person
Unless we authorize otherwise, each individual may maintain only one personal account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account.
Creating accounts for others without permission, credential sharing, impersonation, automated signups, and account evasion are prohibited.

Profiles, Visibility, and Public Information
You are responsible for all information displayed on your profile, including professional credentials, license numbers, work history, education, certifications, skills, photos, website links, social links, and any custom sections. You represent that you have the right to submit and display that information and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Public profiles may be viewed by anyone, shared by visitors, indexed by search engines, and cached by third parties. We may provide visibility tools, but we cannot control how third parties copy, store, screenshot, archive, or use information once it has been public.
We may remove, hide, modify display of, or restrict profile content that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, violates professional standards, or harms the Platform or others.

Messages, Connections, and Communications
The Platform may allow registered members and, where permitted by profile settings, guests to send messages or connection requests. You are solely responsible for your communications. You may not use messages or connections to harass, spam, mislead, impersonate, solicit unlawful services, distribute malware, collect credentials, or transmit prohibited information.
Profile owners may control whether they allow profile messages, guest messages, connection requests, and email notifications. We may store, review, moderate, archive, hide, or preserve messages and connection activity as described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
Messages sent through the Platform are not confidential as between you and MetaParse. Authorized personnel may review messages and related metadata for safety, support, moderation, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and legal compliance. Administrative review does not mark a recipient's message as read.
If you reply to a message outside the Platform, such as by email, that communication may be outside our control and governed by the privacy/security practices of the email provider or recipient.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
Post false, misleading, outdated, deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory information
Misrepresent credentials, licensure, certifications, work history, identity, employment status, or affiliation
Harass, threaten, bully, discriminate, exploit, or abuse any person
Send spam, unauthorized marketing, chain messages, mass solicitations, or deceptive recruiting messages
Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, index, train models on, or extract Platform data without our express written permission
Use bots, scripts, automation, or artificial means to access, create accounts, send messages, scrape, or inflate metrics
Upload viruses, malware, tracking code, harmful files, or code designed to interfere with the Platform
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, authentication, access controls, or moderation controls
Probe, scan, test, reverse engineer, decompile, overload, or interfere with Platform infrastructure
Solicit passwords, login credentials, financial information, or sensitive personal information
Post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights
Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or non-professional purposes

Professional Standards, Credentials, and HIPAA
You are responsible for complying with all applicable professional rules, state dental board rules, advertising rules, employment laws, privacy laws, licensure rules, ethics rules, and employer policies.
We may provide spaces to list licenses, certifications, continuing education, credentials, and professional information. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not verify all credentials or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information. Users, employers, recruiters, practices, and visitors should independently verify any information they rely on.
Do not use DentistryProfile to upload, post, message, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI), patient names, patient photos, case details, appointment information, or patient-identifying information. DentistryProfile is not a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Violations involving PHI, credential fraud, professional misconduct, or public safety concerns may result in immediate account restriction, removal, preservation of records, reporting to appropriate authorities where permitted or required, and permanent termination.

Your Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform, including profile content, photos, custom sections, messages, and other materials ("User Content").
License to Operate the Platform
By submitting User Content, you grant MetaParse LLC and DentistryProfile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, perform, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, reformat, create derivative works from, and otherwise process User Content as necessary or useful to operate, provide, secure, promote, analyze, and improve the Platform and Services.
For public profile content, this license includes the right to display that content publicly, make it available through profile URLs, previews, search features, templates, and other Platform features. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the Platform and may survive deletion to the extent content was shared, cached, backed up, archived, moderated, or retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Your Representations
You represent that you own or have all rights needed to submit User Content, that it does not violate law or third-party rights, and that it complies with these Terms.
Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Moderation, Enforcement, and Platform Safety
We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, hide, flag, archive, remove, restrict, disable, or refuse any content, message, connection activity, account, profile, or feature access for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, risk to users, abuse prevention, legal compliance, support, or Platform integrity.
We may use automated tools, manual review, user reports, administrative review, and other methods to identify potential violations. We do not guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, or objectionable content will be detected or removed.
We may preserve records, logs, messages, moderation actions, and account data where needed to investigate violations, enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users, or defend legal claims.

Intellectual Property
The Platform, including the DentistryProfile name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, software, source code, designs, templates, graphics, interface, documentation, features, and content created by us, is owned by MetaParse LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, contact legal@dentistryprofile.com with a detailed notice. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Paid Features
We may offer free and paid products, subscriptions, premium features, employer/recruiter tools, advertising-free profiles, verification services, or other commercial features. Fees, billing periods, renewals, cancellation terms, and included features will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in applicable order terms.
By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change fees or features with reasonable notice where required.
Failed payments may result in downgrade, suspension, loss of paid features, or termination of access.

Third-Party Services, Links, and Integrations
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, social profiles, employer sites, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, or other services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, privacy practices, security, or actions.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Links do not imply endorsement.

Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request account deletion through available account tools or by contacting us, subject to our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, remove content, disable features, or take other action at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, misrepresented credentials, engaged in abuse, violated law, harmed users or the Platform, or for any legitimate business reason.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, license, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, and retention/moderation provisions.

Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METAPARSE LLC AND DENTISTRYPROFILE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, current, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any employment, recruiting, networking, credentialing, hiring, revenue, business, professional, or personal outcome.
Any reliance on user profiles, messages, credentials, employment history, recommendations, or other user-submitted content is at your own risk. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METAPARSE LLC, DENTISTRYPROFILE, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, ENHANCED, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MetaParse LLC, DentistryProfile, and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
Your access to or use of the Platform
Your User Content, profile information, messages, connection activity, or communications
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
Your violation of professional rules, HIPAA, privacy laws, employment laws, dental board rules, or advertising rules
Your misrepresentation of credentials, identity, employment, licensure, or professional status
Your infringement or violation of any third-party rights
Your dispute with another user, visitor, employer, recruiter, practice, or third party
We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Disputes, Arbitration, Class Waiver, and Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@dentistryprofile.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Individual Arbitration
Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court and requests for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property, security, or unauthorized Platform access, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You and MetaParse LLC waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding. Arbitration will proceed only on an individual basis unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Venue for Permitted Court Claims
For claims not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide notice by email, dashboard notice, website notice, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
